Need for Speed Undercover Minimum PC requirements

NFS Undercover which instantly became famous just after its first trailer has become one of the most awaited NFS game ever released, its due release on 18th November and will arrive on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, PlayStation 2, PSP, DS, Wii and for mobiles. This Edition is developed by the EA’s Blackbox team, same team which gave us the NFS MostWanted.

Here are the NFS Undercover Minimum PC requirements:

  • Windows XP/VISTA Operating system with latest service pack installed
  • Processer: Intel Pentium 4 (or equivalent) CPU running at 2.8 GHz or higher (3.0GHz for Windows Vista PC)
  • Minimum amount of RAM needed : 1GB RAM
  • Graphics Card : Geforce 6500, Radeon 9500 or better DirectX compliant video card with Pixel shader 2.0 or above (AGP and PCIe only) using a supported chipset
  • DirectX compatible sound card
  • 8X or faster DVD Drive
  • 2.0 GB of HD space required to install game
  • DirectX Nov 2007 edition (included in Game Disc)

These minimum PC requirements of NFS Undercover has been revealed at the EA forums aren’t official but pretty much suggestive, compare your rig if it is capable of running NFS Undercover or not.

    I have a HP Pavilion laptop with Core2 Duo 2GHz, GeForce 8400GS 256MB, 2GB RAM. NFS Undercover runs at about 25 to 35 FPS at low details (just medium effects on cars to see some mettalic effect on paint), resolution 1280×960. There are some bugs with the lights of the cars, but not really annoying.

      i think ur pc configuration is very poor….try dis configuration 1.7ghz intel celeron 256 MB ram , 40 GB harddisk with no graphics card…it runs smoothly dis is one of the best game i hav played on my pc

    I have intel core 2 quad q6600 3,6(o.c.)nvidia (SLI)2x9800GTX X2 and 8GB ram DDR3.I play NFS Undercover at ULTRA high details RESOLUTION:1920×1080(FULL HD) at 600-700 fps.I love this game…………

    Hi Peter!!
    Your Intel processor and your memory can do the work but not your graphic card which is a “low-end” one in the 8 series of Nvidia video cards. I advise you to get medium range video cards such as 6800 ultra and 7800 GTX …(more powerful than a 8500 GT), 8800 But as you play on a laptop, it’s not gonna be easy. Good luck!!

    the main problem is that
    1>direact-x
    you need the latest version of direactx and updated in your pc

    2>windows ver.
    if you are using windows vista then u need dubble ram then xp requirement and i think win vista is not suttable for this game if you dont hav windows xp drives then search on net or use thes soft
    1.gpuz
    2.unknown drives
    or try vista drivers on xp
    3.sum
    peter i think that u need to choose one thing
    1.perfomance
    2.quality
    but i think 1
    so do every video option low also resolution as lo as u can in game setting
    4.use “3DAnalyze” more info read readme

    Hi guys,
    Need for speed:undercover works find on my acer aspire laptop with the following specifications;

    2.0 GHZ Core 2 duo T5800
    4GB DDR2 667Mhz ram
    256MB Intel 4500MHD
    160GB HDD

    I had the game detail on medium and to be honest, it did not lag at all, and the gameplay was great.

    My desktop computer ran it fine aswel with the following specs;

    Intel core i7 920 2.66ghz
    2 x Ati radoen 4870×2
    12GB DDR3 1333mhz ram.

    Listen people, if you have atleast 2 gigs of ram, 256mb ati or nvidia modern videocard and a dual core processor then you’ll run this game quite nice. For instance, my laptop has the following configuration:

    Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.0 GHz
    4GB ram
    512mb Nvidia GeForce G102M

    I am able to run this game at 1024×768 with mid-high settings. FPS is constant from 19 – 30. The game is very playable and does not lag at all.

    RAM: 2GB FOR XP AND 2.5 FOR VISTA.

    iam presently using xp professional,version=5.1.2600 service pack 2 build 2600,processor=x86 family 15 model 47,1 gb harddisk…and 256 mb ram……..will my systm support this game…i really wanna play…..if it all it dosent..please recommnd some other intresting games..pls…….tnx in advance!

    i have a hp compaq 610 core 2 duo
    with a window 7 7600 build os
    and 320 gb hd with an intel 965 express chipset built in vga card that has 512mb sharing and 2 gb ram ddr2 but my problem is the game is not original its a compressed and cracked game with crashes every 2 hours where can i find the original game

    i got a dual core e5400 2.7 2.7
    2gb ram 800mhz
    512mb nvidia xfx 9800gt

    on all maxed out i get 40 fps average
    on gta4 i get 30 avarage
